EMLinQ has invested heavily in new equipment ever since its inception. We continue to ensure we have the latest state-of-the-art equipment in both our production facilities. With four Yamaha Sigma high speed lines we can assemble parts as small as 01005, with the high precision that the industry demands as products get smaller and smaller. With a JEDEC rated throughput of some 135000 placements per hour, these machines allow us to produce product cost effectively, yet with the consistency and quality required and needed in today's world. Our MyDATA line provides us with the capability of producing small batches in an effective manner, providing quick turn-around and the ability to work with cut-tape. With this combination EMLinQ can provide you small and large batch runs in Simi Valley, yet also able to migrate high volumes to Mexico where you get the benefit of lower labor costs. In the meantime, you will continue to deal with our Simi Headquarters with our program managers who will address your issues promptly. You will have no concern about shipment lead times, airfreighting product because of increased demand, or concern with your IP protection. All your needs will be addressed in North America.
In addition, EMLinQ has also invested heavily in software systems to help better manage different aspects of the business. We have bought MANEX, an ERP system that is tailor made for the EMS industry. In addition, we continue to invest in software tools that enhance our capabilities and range of services.
